If you still get the DSagnt problem after updating MusicMatch then you can stop the DSagnt.exe from loading if you want. It's nothing really important. I think it just checks for updates from Dell.
Run it and check I know what I am doing then move all instances of connwsp.dll from the left pane to the right and check Finish. Reboot. Run a new scan and the line should be gone.

Just check this line and Fix Checked.
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [DellSupport] "C:\Program Files\Dell Support\DSAgnt.exe" /startup
If you decide you want it back then you can View the list of Backups, check its box and Restore.
You do have one line in your log that needs work but you can't fix it with Hijackthis.
O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'connwsp.dll' missing
Get lspfix.exe from
http://www.cexx.org/LSPFix.exe
Run it and check I know what I am doing then move all instances of connwsp.dll from the left pane to the right and check Finish. Reboot. Run a new scan and the line should be gone.
