Slow response laptop.

Hi!

I am having issues with the speed of my laptop.  It seems to take a long time to respond.  I think it has "issues!"  I have tried to fix by removing a few things I thought might be an issue and it does seem to be running faster but I am not sure I have everything really cleaned up.  Here is my log.  Thanks!
