With acknowledgment to Corrine for posting at Landzdown:
Due to the severity of CVE-2019-0708 (Remote Desktop Services Remote Code Execution Vulnerability), Microsoft also released KB 4500331 for versions of Windows that no longer receive mainstream support: Windows XP SP3 x86, Windows XP Professional X64 SP2, Windows XP Embedded SP3 x86 as well as Windows Server 2003.
----
This update is not being pushed through Automatic Updates. Rather, one needs to go to KB 4500331 to click on the link to Microsoft Update Catalog to download the appropriate update.
