Virus threats in vista ultimate laptop

Please provide your help and advice!!!

I have a laptop - Windows Vista'ultimate with Intel Core 2Duo CPU processor .Antivirus support for 60 days got expired.

Now I am in network and i find security issues and doubt trojon activities.please find HJT log below and also suggest me on basic protection that i need while on network.Is there any free ware online aswell?
