Explain why you need it. If yours has failed, it is simpler to add a USB WiFi adapter for $10 or so. However most WiFi failures are in the settings, not the internal WiFi. Run the network trouble shooter to analyze your setup. Your computer is old and might have other hardware failures. Run the diagnostics to see if it’s time for a new computer.

The vostro 260 doesn't use an internal mini pci wireless card.
