Vostro 5740 muito fragil a carcaça - como agir?

Good afternoon everyone, As everyone knows, the Vostro 5470 laptop comes with the promise of being a good and fine equipment, but the project did not think about the users who have stayed with the equipment for more than 2 years. I saw here in other comments that the equipment breaks in the same place at all and that varies the usage time taking place on newer laptop. I called Dell and they returned me that they do not have the part and that there is no action for this much equipment with error. I think it would be nice to try to bring everyone together with the same problem and to get justice. Showing that Dell has made an equipment where it can not be used after the expiration of the warranty. Att., Yuri
