Dell 3568 2019 Model does not start

My Dell 3568 2019 Model does not start. The charger has been tested with another laptop and it is working fine.

I have also tried basic suggestions on community page

1) Remove the battery, press power button for 30 seconds to drain the static (did multiple times)

2) without battery plugin charger and press power button - not starting

3) put the battery back and then press power button - not starting

4) Press Fn key  + Power to start ePFA diagnostics - With this laptop diagnostics were run and laptop started once but next time it did not start

5) I have also tried pressing Esc + Ctrl (battery removed ) charger plugged in

Is there anything else I can try?
