Down Key popping up in 2 months old Vostro Laptop
Purchased Dell Vostro 3500 Laptop online and got delivery on 30th June 21.
'Down' key pops out before 30th August 21. Really !!! Within 2 month key got out of socket.
Customer care is asking to pay for new keyboard. But why should I pay for manufacturing fault ???

Hello,
Read your warranty and return policy. If you are not satisfied with dell service call your financial institute and let them deal with it.
