Intel Smart Sound Technology mic array not working

Among 17 PC from Dell in our company only the new Vostro with integrated stereo mics have this problem. No-one can hear the user in MS Teams.

I identified that the laptops with mono Realtek(r) mics works perfect, but the following models are equipped with stereo Array intel smart sound technology mics and do not satisfy our direction (who asks me to change the supplier) :

• Vostro 15 5510
• Vostro 5402
• Vostro 14 5410

I was surprised to find the articles on the MS website about this problem dated 2020. That means that it is not so resent.

How can Dell help us?

The listed laptops are:

• Windows 11 updated
• Dell software updated
• MS Teams updated
• No problems with hardware (physical damage of detected problems in the hardware windows list)
• Parameters > Sound
  • > Input > volume 100%
  • > Communication > do not let Windows to detect communication
