New Vostro 5402 Can not remove the cover base

I want to install an additional SSD to my Vostro 5402 but the cover base doesn't come out after following the service manual instructions (removing and loosing screws).

I was able do detach it from the sides but something keeps holding the cover to the body (in the middle as it seems) and I'm not able to lift it.

Any advice here?
