SSD/HDD Activity LED indicator

Dear Dell,

I noticed that my Vostro 5490 came with no SSD/HDD activity indicator (ie flashing LED). But I do observe that that are two light indicators. One on the left-side (battery charging) of the laptop, and one on the Cap-Lock key. 

My suggestion is;

Would it be possible to modify/improve the system BIOS firmware in such a way that when SSD/HDD read/write activity could be shown on one of these 2 indicators? If not, why?

Advantage;

Support personnel or user can easily identify the problem.
