DELL-Cares agent troubleshooting resolved the issue = We request you to uninstall the fingerprint driver from the Device Manager and control panel (list of installed programs). Restart the system. Once done, install the Fingerprint driver. Restart the system when done.

Hi, I have the exact same computer (Vostro 7510) and since yesterday, the exact same problem. My computer (Windows 11 Pro) crashed and rebooted itself 2 nights ago (I didn't investigate, I assumed it was a Windows Update) and then twice this morning. All while the computer was in sleep mode or idle.

I have 3 .dmp files and all 3 say the exact same thing --

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000006, The device did not complete its Directed Power Transition callback successfully.
Arg2: ffff8309b3c95010, The POP_FX_DEVICE object
Arg3: 0000000000000000, If this was a Directed Power Down(1) or Power Up(0) completion
Arg4: 0000000000000000

and then

Dell's driver page claimed to have a more recent Fingerprint Sensor driver but when I installed it, the version number stayed the same at 3.4.32.190 (3/18/2021)

All 3 '0xffff...' entries map to "Goodix Moc Fingerprint"

3 crashes in 2 days! Dell SupportAssist doesn't even acknowledge the PC rebooted itself, let alone crashed. Very frustrating!!!
