Vostro laptop starts beeping when booting from USB

My Vostro 3500 has a problem with windowsm, it won't enter after I insert the password, it keeps forever loading.

I also ran diagnosis and got 0146 error code, which probably indicates that my hard disk is failing.

Anyway, the problem here is that when I try to boot from a linux USB pen drive that I recorder, I get lots of beeps and nothing on the screen
