ScaleIO REST Gateway
ScaleIO REST Gateway gives below error when trying access via http interface:
Unable to connect to the MDM. Check your configuration and that the MDM is up: error: Internal Server Error
What could be the solution for the above

Hi Vijay,
Can you check whether your primary MDM is actually running on 10.146.9.219 and you can connect to it using SCLI?

Support team,
we need to check the file gatewayUser.properties in the Gateway VM, and have the correct system.id added.
To find the system.id we shall run scli --query_all from primary MDM.
After adding system.id in the config file in Gateway VM and restart gateway services. This will resolve this issue.
