DELLEMC users

Hello

I have seen this question a few times, but the listed steps do not seem to work for me.

We have some VXrail products, and when I try and enter the service tag for those, I get an error:

If you signed in with your business account and believe that you should have access, you can raise a request using the Account Access Issue via our Administrative Support.

"

 

 

There is nothing in the Administrative Support sections that looks applicable.

I do not see "Enterprise Account Online Help"
