How do i remove unused user account who has administrator roles in VxRail ?

the option to edit/delete user/roles is disabled.

If it's the user you specified as management user of VxRail when deployment, you should not remove it or contact support when you need to remove it.
If not the management user, you can follow a standard vsphere manner to remove it.

the users i want to remove are AD authenticated users.
the option to remove/delete are greyed out.
