Dell G3 - No Bootable Device & Other Errors

I got a new Dell G3, totally new, never used, and never opened from the box. When I first turned it on, instead of installing Windows, it gave me numerous and various errors that there were system32 files missing or corrupted, or that there were no bootable devices.

It took forever to try and find the factory reset, because errors kept coming up, and eventually I was able to find factory reset until it got stuck on 41%, so I had to shut it down. Upon powering it back on after this, the Windows installation for a new computer began, and it took me to my desktop normally. Now I was able to install programs and it started working normally, with zero issues.

Upon shutting it down for the night, and then turning it back on in the morning, it is now giving me errors all over again, saying there is no bootable device, and that there's no HDD drive.

Is it a hardware issue? Or is something inside the computer loose? Will I have to manually reseat it? Or is it a defect?
