Dell Recovery & Backup slowing my laptop - Windows 10

I have a Dell Core i5 Inspiron 3000 series which I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 when Microsoft was proposing the automatically upgrade of the windows. At the beginning it was ok running smoothly, but as the updates were getting more frequent  I disabled it.

The next issue now is each time I start the laptop the Dell & Recovery automatically starts up too and this causes the laptop to run *** slowly.

Any solution to this please? Can the Dell Recovery & Backup be disabled?
