I have upgraded to windows 10 successfully,
faced same problem in win 8.1 updating DB&R 1.8 to 1.9 after coming on windows 10 I just got is resolved but now I am unable to create fresh factory recovery media
once started after initialization process is completed it takes 20 min than popup massage shows up an error occurred................need help from the users or from dell customer support
I resolved the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling DBAR from the computer..
Please perform the below steps :
1) Uninstall DBAR from the computer 2) Restart the computer3) Download the DBAR from the following link :Link : http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=64M9D 4) Install DBAR from the link and it will automatically update on the computer. 5) Now try creating factory recovery media and it should workRegards,
