Dell system detect indicates my system is compatible with Windows 10

Why does my Latitude 10e ST2E (Early 2013) tablet show it has been tested for compatibility with Windows 10 but does not appear on Dell's list. After a system detect it said the system was compatible.

I guess it has something to do with the Intel Graphic Media driver. Should I assume this will never be supported?
