Does refurbished come with MS Office 2016?
I have a refurbished inspiron 7577 that indicates that MS Office Home/Student 2016 is installed. The OS is Windows 10. I know Dell no longer ships a product code, and with refurbs no paperwork is sent at all.
Whenever I sign into my MS account and try to activate it says "I thought this PC came with a product code" and I am directed to buy MS Office.
So do Dell refurbished PC's come with MS Office, or do I need to buy that as well?

No version of Windows comes with Office on new or refurbished models. MS sells that separately.

Ahh its not a package deal anymore. Every one I have gotten before came with Office. In "system" mine reads that its there so I assumed it was installed.

Many PC's come with a link to buy Office. That is what came with my (new, not refurb) Inspiron 15 laptop.
