Downloads after Reset

Have an XPS 11 9P33 I'm going to Reset. Have no folders, files, etc. In checking what I need to reinstall after Reset, and what is available from the Downloads section, I'm missing a whole lot of Dell apps. These include almost all under the "Dell" .Dell Smart Assist, Dell Update,Dell Digital Delivery, and others.

Also all the "Intel" are not included but I probably can get them from Intel.

They are not on the Download page for this particular PC.

Most of the others included in "Your apps will be removed" can be downloaded but not all.

Am I missing something?

The page I'm looking at is the default based on the Service Tag.
