HID compliant touch screen dell inspiron 15 5568 2 in 1

I have Replace my HDD with Samsung evo 860 250GB SSD and install fresh OS in SSD now the touch screen of my dell inspiron 15 5568 is not working but only taking one touch at a time not multiple touches . I tried to open device manager and go to HID and show hidden devices it list the HID compliant touch screen when it click it . it shows me this device is not connected . Unfortunately i uninstall it and scan for hardware changes but nothing appers . I tried to install all the drivers for dell inspiron 15 5568 but nothing works well . i have install the OS many times in HDD but this problem does not occur . i think its the problem of SSD ?
