How to delete every file but not windows from my computer?

Hello my computer is crashing a lot and i dont know how to fix it sow i will try with deleting everyithing but not windows.

Is there any YT vid or sumting??

When it crashes my monitor turns off i doesnt say anything why it crashed, then i restart my computer and then it works fine. Im still aible to hear and spek tru mic.
