Inspiron 15-3573, stuck at other user Login screen after factory reset

Hi, 

I hope you can help. I just bought a Dell Inspiron 15-3573 yesterday.  When suddenly its keyboard stopped  working. This is when using Microsoft Edge and Start. For Chrome and other stuff, it was working. So I decided to reset the laptop. However, it is now stuck on Other user login screen. I tried to use the initial details I registered, did not work. I tried to use login to Microsoft account but can't go through since there is no option to connect to WiFi. It only allows me to turn on Airplane mode. Would certainly appreciate your quick response.
