Inspiron 15 (7537) fails to update to Windows 10

Hi,

as most people here, I'm having difficulties updating Windows 10 from 8.1 Pro. Checking diagnostics on dell page for my model, everything has successfully passed. As page told me that  "Dell has tested this product to confirm that it can upgrade to Windows 10" I did this also.

I've downloaded windows 10 update over windows update, it took some time then it got ready and I've started the process. Sadly, it always stops at 75% (Configuring settgins: 1%). I've tried it 3 times now. Here is how it looks:

I would be very happy if anyone could give me a suggestion what is wrong and how to fix the issue and finally be able to update to Windows 10.
