Inspiron 7547 missing drivers in Device Manager

After replacing a dead HD and reinstalling Windows 10 Pro, and installing all known drivers that I could find, there are 3 drivers still showing as missing in Dev Mgr:

  • PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
  • Unknown (twice - no other info available)

I have Dell Update installed and it shows last scan as today and it's up to date.  I also tried Dell System Detect on the support site and it didn't find any updates for these devices, but it found an update for the BIOS (from A06 to A08), but still nothing about these 3 devices.

PCI Data...etc. is part of the chipset. Chipset drivers must come from Dell and should be installed first before all other drivers. See Dell Support for the proper installation order. That might even take care of the Unknowns. www.dell.com/.../how-to-reinstall-drivers-in-the-correct-order

The other Dell utilities probably had already updated the Chipset driver, because when I tried to manually update the driver, it said that 'heci.inf' already had a newer version 11.0.0.1157 installed (download had ver 11.0.0.1146
