Inspiron running Windows 10 Boot issues

I'm running Windows 10 on an Inspiron PC and I can't boot past the Dell logo unless I disconnect the ethernet cable, keyboard and mouse. Any ideas of what could be causing the problem?

Probably a driver.  You might be able to boot into Windows, reattach the devices and then set the system to boot into Safe Mode using msconfig.exe.  You could then check the drivers for Ethernet and USB.

Make sure and use msconfig.exe to return the system to a normal boot situation before rebooting when you are done with Safe Mode.

I don't know what part of the system is being effected since the Ethernet drivers do not normally effect USB devices.  Do you have Wi-Fi you could try instead?
