Latitude E6410, Windows 10 not installing

I have a Latitude E6410 and I try to install windows 10 from my USB but every time it loads of the Usb it stop before anything happened what should can u help

Thanks for posting.

Unfortunately Dell is not supporting Windows 10 on this computer. If you are able to install it, then drivers and support may not be available.  The best option would be to reinstall the OS that came with the computer.

Also remember that windows 10 is not  a free upgrade anymore. You would have to pay $119 for Home or  $199 for Pro to activate it.

I am not sure as to what exactly you are meaning, perhaps it was my issue of a Display Driver not existing so after windows would load I could not see the display until I used an external monitor if this is you case the driver can be found at https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverId=5VH5N . The latest driver on Intel's webpage for the i5-520m does no work on windows 10, nor does the one found on the drivers page for the laptop of that service tag. I hope this helps. The laptop is running Windows 10 Enterprise, V 1709, OS Build 16299.15.

we have installed Windows10 on E6400 and E6410, i works fine over years.

maybe you have an issue with your media

Were there other drivers that did not work exept the video card drivers on the E6410 ?
