N5030 Laptop
Updated wife's N5030 Laptop with Windows 10 update. When starting up, I get Dell Logo with F2 & F12 options, then blank screen with cursor in left corner blinking. Ran extended diagnostics overnight, no errors, all passed. No OS disk, just "Drivers and Utilities" disk. This is my wife's Laptop people!! Please help!

Hello! So your laptop was never tested and validated by Dell to run windows 10, as such I wouldn't have installed Windows 10 on it. Hit F8 or see if there is an option for using the restore partition to restore the computer back to Windows 7.
