This system hasn’t been tested for Windows 10. In fact, this system does not have signed drivers for Windows 7.
When there is an incompatible OS installed, the system will boot. However, you will have blue screen errors & there could be devices which would stop responding or quit working altogether.
Run a blue screen viewer, something like this http://bit.ly/1GoNC21 to check the exact cause, to check if this is a hardware or OS failure.

It ran just fine in Windows 7, when I upgraded to Windows 10 - crash screens started to occur.

I ran the "Whocrash" software you suggested. What do I do with the information it gives me?
