Random BSOD

I have a new XPS 15 9550 running windows 10. At random times I will get a BSOD and the computer will be force to reboot. This will occur when I am working on the laptop and even happen when I am away from my desk, I will return and find the system has rebooted.

Tried reinstalling drivers, the problem still occurs.

Nothing that stands out to me is showing in the event viewer, all the errors appear to be related to the system rebooting unexpectedly.

At a loss as to what to try next.

Hi,

Thank you for writing to us!

We would suggest you to try the follow steps :

1- Run all the pending windows updates.

2- Make sure all the drivers are updated

3- Check for virus and malware

4- Run complete diagnostics on the system

5- Back up data and clean install.

kindly let us know if this helps.

Thanks

Robin
