Recovery discs at Windows 10 upgrade
I performed the Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 8.1 on my Dell Desktop. If I make a set of recovery discs now, will they restore to the Windows 8.1 that originally came on my computer, or would it restore Windows 10?

Any recovery discs created using Dell's Backup and Recovery software will recovery what originally shipped with your computer. The recovery partition is not updated to include the new OS.

Note that Windows 10 has its own system image backup software.
There are several tutorials on the internet explaining how to do it.
