Specifications for my Laptop?
Dear All,
I have a question about my Laptop. I bought it from my local Curries/PC World a few months ago. However, when I got the laptop, it ran very slowly.
Because of this, I contacted a computer forum called . who told me my laptop was different to the description I had been given. As the price of the laptop was very low(£350), I smelt a rat. It seems to be a little faster now, but I still do not understand how I could have been sold such a computer.
Please could anybody reassure me that my laptop is as described?

Dear All, am having a problem with my laptop at the moment. About 2 weeks ago, I could not log in to my account on the laptop. Most of the icons that had been on my laptop had disappeared. I kept trying to sign in, and most of the icons re-appeared. However, that icon for Dell SupportAssist did not. I do not know what is wrong with my computer? Please can I have some suggestions?
Incidentally, my Dell laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 5575 model. It has 4Gb RAM.
