Support Assist unable to complete task

Question

Since the Windows 10 April update, Support assist will not run diagnostics and returns the message 'Unable to complete the requested task at this time.' I am experiencing this problem on both my XPS15 and my Inspiron 7537  I have tried all recommendations in this forum I was able to find for 'Support Assist failing not able to run diagnostics' to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions for me please?

I am also receiving this issue, quite annoying actually. One minute its working, and then suddenly receive theis message for all my devices "Unable to complete the requested task at this time".

I frequently get Win 10 notifications to run Support Assist, so guys please help us out.
