System recovery ISO download shows two different versions
I am offered 2 different System Recovery ISO after entering my service tag on:
http://www.dell.com/support/article/in/en/indhs1/SLN299044
Windows 10 Home - 64-Bit
File Name: 9663HA00_W10x64ROW_home(DL)_v3.iso
File Size: 6.37 GB
and
Windows 10 Home (64-Bit) for Dell
File Name: Y53FWA00_W10x64ROW_core(DL).iso
File Size: 5.86 GB
What is the difference between these and which one do I need?

Unknown as to the differences since we cannot see the release notes. For cautionary reason, I would prepare two USB boot drives and create each recovery image to a different drive. Then, if one fails, you have the other as a backup.

I know this is an old thread but I was wondering which one you ended up getting. Thanks in advance!

I would not use either installation .iso both are obsolete builds which have reached End of Life. Get the latest build of Windows 10 directly from Microsoft:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
More details here:
http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/download-windows-1709/
Note Windows 10 Version 1803 will be available to download (likely within the next two weeks).
Regarding the builds Dell are offering you...
Windows 10 Home (Version 1511) 6.37 GB
This Version of Windows Reached End of Support in October 2017 https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/13853/windows-lifecycle-fact-sheet
Windows 10 Home (Version 1507) 5.86 GB
This Version of Windows Reached End of Support in May 2017 https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/13853/windows-lifecycle-fact-sheet
