System slowed way down
Recently had a Windows 10 Update install (version 1703). Since then my Dell laptop has very sluggish, cursor locks up....just generally annoying.
In going through troubleshooting steps....am noticing that Dell Data Vault Collector is taking up between 85-97% of my CPU.
In looking at other forums, this should not be. Suggestions?

Does the computer lock up when using any particular application?
Please run a hardware diagnostic by following this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB
Right click on the time & click on task manager – click on startup tab disable all options apart from antivirus, restart & check if the computer is still slow.
