Unknown User Password and Email
Dell XPS 8700 originally with Windows 8.
A former employee did not leave their password for Windows 10. I need to reset this computer to factory defaults (do not care about files).
How can I do this without F8?
I want to get to the Dell factory recovery I think would be easiest. Original OS was Win 8.x ? Not sure.

Since you cannot get into the system to restore from the F8 screen without a password you will need to reinstall Windows. Click the link below for OS reinstall downloads. You will need to have the service tag number to download.
