Windows 10 upgrade removed tap to click option from driver options - Alps pad on 3 different Inspiron laptops

Upgraded 3 laptops, Inspiron 9400, Inspiron 17RE and Inspiron 1545 to Windows 10 from 7 & 8.1

All now cannot turn off "tap to click" as option is missing from option pages, it's a real issue for my in-laws now in their 80's with less digit control, don't want to revert to Windows 7 if possible.

Can anyone help?
