Windows 7 to Windows 10
If I were to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, do my list of favorites and my E-Mail list get transferred over to the new windows 10 operating system or do I lose them?

Firstly your system should be compatible with windows 10 and you should get the windows 10 update .
If you are forcing the installation then you might loses all the data on the system .
