XPS 13, Windows 7 to 10, issues

I am using Dell laptop, model- XPS 13. Recently I updated my Windows version. I updated from windows 7 to windows 10. But after the installation of Windows 10, I can see that the laptop become very slow and sometimes the screen becomes black. I have also consulted Microsoft tech support Canada as I thought this problem is because of the OS.So is there any solution or services of this issue??

Did you install any Windows updates or driver updates after upgrading the operating system? Does the screen go black after the Dell logo? 

Please start the computer in safe mode by following this link https://dell.to/2z7Q5mX & check if the screen goes black. 

What is the BIOS version installed? 

Run a hardware diagnostic by following this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB & check if there is an error.
