pls help find right inspiron 3421 drivers for win10 1803

i have clean installed the windows 10 1803 version (thru MS media creation tool).

my setup is working, but there seems to be many problems, like:

• microsoft photo app takes very long to load, and to even open photos.
• my wifi seems to behave erratically - sometimes it works ok/fast, sometimes it gets stuck. especially facing problems with youtube videos which wasn't there before.
• my hard disk usage seems uncharacteristically high, showing 100% usage for a long time (once i clocked it, it was 6 minutes) though, this problem was there in my earlier setup too.
• sound volume seems to have suddenly gone down. also, sometimes only one speaker is working, and then suddenly the other speaker starts working.

now, i am assuming these are because of problematic drivers. i tried finding and changing drivers (mainly following Philip Yip's suggestions), but the problems are not resolved.

my confusion is about which are the right drivers, and how do i find them.

• which of the device drivers provided by MS (in 1803) should i keep?
• which ones should i use from Dell (and where to find those - dell website and support for drivers is also very confusing)?
• which ones directly from manufacturers like intel/nvidia/realtek?

i will be grateful for any help you can give.
