screen brightness changes unexpectecly
If possible do you know a way to fix display brightness changing unexpectedly. The brightness is going to 100% and then drops back to the selected option. It's very annoying and doesn't go away.
I even tried reinstalling windows and the issue didn't go away. Tried solving the issue with Microsoft support and Dell support and yet we couldn't fix the issue. Hint this laptop doesn't have a sensor for adaptive brightness to be enabled/disabled.

out of interest if you have an an intel video card installed, is adaptive brightness turned off in the intel graphics commander center?

No, but there's an option called vari-bright in the AMD software which changes brightness depending on screen content to preserve battery life but even turning this off appeared that the issue didn't go away as it supposed to. This PC doesn't come with a sensor to change adaptive brightness. Everything is up to date and yet the issue seems not to go away.
I hope there's some way to fix this issue.
