SB521A Soundbar, muted but plays Windows 11 notification sounds
My SB521A Soundbar works just fine. But when I mute it, it still plays Windows 11 notification sounds (right bottom of the screen). I can see the Soundbar is muted since it is clearly crossed out on the task bar. And even in it's tooltip I can see that Dell Soundbar SB521A is muted. But when any Windows notification comes, it plays sound anyway.

* Dell monitor private Service Tag

Hi,
I had exactly the same issue as described and the with the Dell support the following step did the trick:
open the Device Manager and search for Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB Audio. If this device is listed in Device Manager in the category „Audio, Video and Gamecontroller“, please disable the device and restart the laptop.
