Okay, so I just fixed my Dell Inspiron 3520 from the windows 10 upgrade, and tried to upgrade it back to Windows 8, for my laptop is a Windows 7, I did everything for my computer to upgrade, and it took me to startup repair, and it keeps telling me to use a disc I never had. Help!

No need to bother with obsolete versions of Windows. Use another computer to download Windows 10 Version 1709 Installation Media and make a Bootable USB for a UEFI BIOS. Use this to directly clean install. More details here:
