Blutooth option greyed out in dell inspiron 3521
hi,
blutooth option is not working it has greyed out in my laptop. i am using dell 3521 windows 8, 64 bit. no idea wat to do can anybody help me..??

Hi Chitrana,
I would like you to check if the drivers are installed for the wireless card in the device manager. Please reply us with snapshot of device manager with the network adapters expanded.
Also, you can try reinstalling the drivers for Wireless card. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the Wireless card and Ethernet carddriver from Network section onto the system and install it.
