Bootable Disk For when System Crashes
I know when I bought my last Dell's they would send the Operating System Disk with it so I could re-install. At the price I paid for the system why was one not included? How do I get one, as I have purchased the license already with this system.

Microsoft forced Dell to undergo an OEM media reduction initiative so Dell no longer ship the Reinstallation DVD with the system.
If you are in the US and within the warranty period. Fill out this request form here otherwise call Dell Technical Support and they should help you out:

You can also make a Recovery USB using the latest version of Dell Backup and Recovery:
