Device manger not opening!

Getting this error when trying to open device manager.

Windwows cannot find

'::{26ee0668-a00a-44d7-9371-beb064c98683}...:74246bfc-4c96-11d0-abef-0020af6b0b7a}'.

Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then type again.

Also, i dont have anything called "devmgmt.msc"
