Got Error 0xc0000001 on restoring win 8?

Hi Sir,

I am using Inspiron 5521.

Today I am upgrading my win 8 to 8.1 but it's not upgrading and showing other problem.

But when I go for restoring my pc. I am facing this problem.

Can Dell provide me the restored win 8.
