How to get rid of a DELL REALTEK offer?

There appears persistently, on my Inspiron 660 with Windows 8.1 a DELL offer to install a Realtek Card Reader driver. The offer has only TWO options: - To INSTALL now or To be REMINDED later.

I do NOT need a card driver on my desktop PC in my home and do NOT want unnecessary downloads.

Please help me to get rid of this offer. It appears persistently again and again after each time I click "Remind later", as there is nothing else what I can do to my knowledge.
